These are all required skills for the Business Analyst. The workshop provides an understanding of the project life cycle using Use Cases and UML and how to incorporate them into a repeatable process (CMM- level 2) at your organization. The seminar teaches the student how to build UML diagrams and write use cases throughout the iterations of the project life cycle for project planning, scoping, requirements gathering, design and testing.
